The warranty is one year for non-artificial damage. After one year, you should bear the maintenance cost. For both situations,you should bear the shipping cost.

CE/FCC/ROHS; UN38.3/SDNS for batteries;

3. Custom Logo?

We support the OEM service on the premise of that you should buy at least 500pcs.

4. Delivery & shipment time?

Delivery time: About 2 days for samples and 14 days for bulk order(at least MOQ of 20GP).

Shipment time: About 7 days for samples and 14 days for bulk order(at least MOQ of 20GP).

For samples,we suggest shipping by express; For bulk order,by sea or by air. Kindly tell me your own forwarder, if have no, tell me the model and quantity, i will calculate the shipping cost and recommend shipment way for you.

5. Are you manufacturer?

Yes,we are definitely manufacturer.Warmly welcome you to come and have a visit of our brand new factory.

6. Optional functions/parts/accessories?

We support Carry bag,Bluetooth,LED lights,Remote control and Samsung battery for your choices.

7.Payment terms? (Trade Assurance Order)

For samples, 100% before production ; For bulk order, 30% deposit and the balance should be paid before shipment.
